The point of contact for any requests of access, removal, or alteration of data is Ronroo's Data Protection Hub, which allows the data subject to easily lodge any such request.

4. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing

Ronroo is a registered corporation located in Helsinki, Finland. The newsletter mailing list is operated for communications purposes. It may also be used for survey purposes. The processing of limited personal data is necessary in this respect. The data subject voluntarily submits this information in connection with subscribing to the newsletter and is only collected with the explicit consent of the data subject. We operate under the limits imposed and allowed by the current Finnish and EU legislation.

5. Data subject groups and personal data groups

The data subjects are people who have explicitly and voluntarily subscribed to the newsletter. These include:

• Customers who wish to receive updates about Ronroo.
• Stakeholders and investors who wish to receive the above mentioned updates.
• Persons who have subscribed to the newsletter for other reasons.

The personal data contained in the system are e-mail address, device waitlist selection, newslist subscription and country code.

6. Disclosure and recipients of personal data

Ronroo may disclose personal data only within the limits imposed and allowed by current legislation.

To maintain the service, Ronroo processes and stores the above data with its service provider with due attention to data protection legislation.

7. Transferring personal data to other countries or other organizations

We will never sell your data. Ronroo reserves the right to store and process your Personal Data in any country where Ronroo or its service providers operate facilities in compliance with and as permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Some of these countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. Data will not be transferred to other organizations beyond Ronroo and its service providers unless in the context of a merger or acquisition.

8. Planned deadlines for the deletion of personal data groups

The personal data will be stored for as long as the person belongs to the client group concerned (distribution list). The data is deleted within one month after the person unsubscribes from the distribution list.

9. Rights of data subjects

9.1 Right of access

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed, and, where that is the case, to obtain access to the personal data. Ronroo primarily provides this access via its Data Protection Hub. If e-mail requests are submitted more than once a year, the controller will charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. Use of the Data Protection Hub carries no charge.

9.2 Right to rectification

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate and incorrect personal data concerning them. Ronroo primarily provides this access via its Data Protection Hub.

9.3 Right to lodge complaint with supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if the data subject considers that the processing of their personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation. This right is without prejudice to other administrative appeal or legal remedies.
